All training must be self-assigned and uploaded into Complio.

(excluding the Streamline Program)

Training Requirements

Overview

As a part of your compliance you are required to complete online training modules. Here at Penn School of Nursing we use a system called Knowledge Link to complete these trainings. Knowledge Link is Penn’s learning management system, providing access and registration for classroom and web-based training. To complete these modules you must first have a PennKey, and then log into the Knowledge Link website. If you have any issues with links, on the home page of your Knowledge link you will find helpful hits, FAQ’s and information of how to contact a member of Knowledge link for assistance .Once you log on, please click on the links below that apply to your current nursing program. Remember, all training modules must be self-assigned.

 All students yearly training

The all student modules are yearly compliance training that must be completed annually at the same time you order a new Complio package or are in the process of renewing your annual package.

All Students

 

All Undergraduate students

This EMR training is required for all Undergraduate students. This training pertains to the Simulation Lab and will cover the required elements needed to do a clinical rotation at one of the University of Pennsylvania affiliated hospitals. If a student does not login to an clinical epic account with in 365 days of no activity they must complete the training again.

Undergraduate Students

 

All Advance Practice/Graduate Nursing students

The EMR training is required for all Advance Practice/Graduate students. This training pertains to the Simulation Lab and will covers the required elements needed to do a clinical rotation at one the University of Pennsylvania affiliated hospitals. If a student does not login to an clinical epic account with in 365 days of no activity they must complete the training again.
