  1. Wanted to become a nurse at age seven.
  2. Took a career break from an Oncology Unit to join the Peace Corp and focus on direct care and education.
  3. Returned to the Cancer Center as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
  4. Left clinical practice for software account management.
  5. Returned to Penn to broaden her skillset with a Marketing Certificate from Wharton.
  6. Transitioned to Health Informatics, and then moved into Health IT consulting.
  7. Receives an appointment as a Penn Nursing Renfield Fellow.
  8. Excelled in her career because Penn taught her “You can do anything. You just have to do it.”
