Jackie Raab
Jackie Raab, enrolled in the DNP-Executive Leadership program, has a diverse nursing career. Having transitioned from neuroscience nursing to leadership roles in primary care such as nurse manager and director of clinical operations, she now serves as the clinical director for primary care services at Penn Medicine.
Passionate about ensuring universal access to high-quality, evidence-based care for all individuals irrespective of location, insurance, or medical condition boundaries, her mission as a DNP scholar is to integrate best practices rooted in evidence while advancing the quadruple aim in healthcare delivery.

Spending time with my two- and five-year-olds and my wonderful husband
The most memorable moment I've had at Penn Nursing so far is...?
The relationships I’ve built with classmates. It’s also been incredibly inspiring learning from all the professors at Penn Nursing and Wharton!
What is something that you really like about your program of study?
The flexibility and the quality of content. I feel Penn truly has the best curriculum for graduate students.
What's your favorite thing about your cohort and/or the community at Penn?
They are my family!!
What or who has inspired you the most while pursuing your degree, and why?
Dr. Sue Keim. She’s supported me ever since I was a baby nurse at HUP.
