Meghan M. Fitzpatrick, MSN, RN, NEA-BC
Passionate about teaching, curriculum development, and advising graduate students as they advance their careers, Meghan Fitzpatrick is the Associate Program Director of the Nursing & Healthcare Administration (NADM) and Health Leadership Graduate Programs (HLMP). Prior to her role at Penn Nursing, Meghan worked at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) for 10 years in various clinical, and then administrative nursing roles.
Meghan had strong mentors who helped her identify her strengths and develop as a leader during both her graduate education at The University of Pennsylvania and during her time working in health care administration, and hopes to provide this same mentorship and guidance to graduate students as they navigate their education and subsequent careers.

Meghan has taught in the Nursing & Healthcare Administration (NADM) and Health Leadership Graduate Programs (HLMP) since 2013. Meghan was thrilled to join the school on a full-time basis in 2018. Meghan teaches several graduate courses including Healthcare Accounting and Business Planning (NURS652), Nursing Administration Practicum (NURS655), and Advanced Roles in Administrative Nursing Practice (NURS699).
