Passionate about teaching, curriculum development, and advising graduate students as they advance their careers, Meghan Fitzpatrick is the Associate Program Director of the Nursing & Healthcare Administration (NADM) and Health Leadership Graduate Programs (HLMP). Prior to her role at Penn Nursing, Meghan worked at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) for 10 years in various clinical, and then administrative nursing roles.

Meghan had strong mentors who helped her identify her strengths and develop as a leader during both her graduate education at The University of Pennsylvania and during her time working in health care administration, and hopes to provide this same mentorship and guidance to graduate students as they navigate their education and subsequent careers.

“I’ve had strong mentors who have helped me identify my strengths and develop as a leader during my time as a graduate student at The University of Pennsylvania as well as during my time working in healthcare administration. I hope to provide this same mentorship and guidance to graduate students as they navigate their education and subsequent careers.”
