Emails to Junk Folder - Update
Dear Penn Nursing Faculty and Staff:
ITS, in conjunction with ISC, has resolved the issue of emails addressed to the Fagin Hall Staff & Faculty distribution list being delivered to your Junk Folder. Unfortunately, we are now experiencing a secondary issue of users’ Out of Office Messages being delivered to the Junk Folder. We understand how frustrating this can be and we continue to work w/ISC and Microsoft to resolve this issue. In the interim, please remember to not only check your Junk folder on a daily basis but to also mark all legitimate emails as, “Not Junk.”
To Mark Emails as not Junk:
*In your Junk Folder, right-click the email you want to select as not junk
Scroll to Junk and then click “Not Junk”
A dialog box will appear, check the box to trust e-mail from “email@example.com” and then click OK
As soon as we have an update from ISC, we will communicate this information to you.
