Service Desk
The ITS Service Desk is the School of Nursing’s primary means for providing all aspects of computing assistance for faculty, staff, and students. The Service Desk provides first-tier assistance and support to our constituents and will escalate issues as needed to resolve in a timely fashion. In conjunction with our colleagues in Enterprise Infrastructure Services, the Service Desk strives to ensure that all desktop services are available on a 24/7 basis.
