Academic Learning and Support Services, also known as the Service Desk, is the School of Nursing’s primary means for providing all aspects of computing assistance for faculty, staff and students.

The Simulation Technology and Multimedia Services Group provides IT, AV, multimedia support and services for Helene Fuld Pavilion for Innovative Learning and School of Nursing events and presentations as well as supporting academic course needs for innovative teaching and learning using recorded media.
ITS Project and Security Management provides enterprise level project development and preventive and maintenance strategies to ensure the protection of Penn’s academic, research and business environments.
Online Learning collaborates with Penn Faculty on aspects of instructional design, digital pedagogy, and multimedia educational productions.
