Elizabeth Seeber, CPA, MBA, FHFMA
Ms. Seeber is the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer Doylestown Health, and is responsible for directing the fiscal policies and strategy for the Village Improvement Association of Doylestown and Controlled Entities (including Doylestown Hospital, Pine Run Retirement Community, Doylestown Health Foundation, Doylestown Health Physicians, and Health and Wellness Center) and related entities. During her career of more than 37 years, Ms. Seeber has demonstrated leadership and expertise in healthcare operations, financial reporting, decision support, capital management, investments, revenue cycle, patient access, budget and forecasting. She has experience with project management, systems planning and development, operational benchmarking and process redesign. Ms. Seember is a Certified Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and is a Past President of the Metropolitan Philadelphia Chapter (2009). In addition, she served on HFMA’s Regional Executive Council from 2014 to 2016.
