Marguerite Daus, BSN, RN is a T32 doctoral research fellow in the Center for Health Outcomes and Policy Research in the School of Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania and a Hillman Scholar in Nursing Innovation. Her research interests include the optimization of healthcare transitions, specifically from hospital to home, in patients with disparities. She looks to study transitional episodes from both the ambulatory and hospital settings to see what changes in the workforce could promote smoother, more efficient transitions for patients with disparities. She graduated with her BSN from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing in 2018.
