Visiting Penn Nursing
Come spend a day with us and see Penn Nursing for yourself.
High school applicants
Visit Penn Nursing and find out how its many academic opportunities can help you advance your life. A typical visit includes an hour meeting with Marianne Smith, Associate Director of Enrollment Management, lunch with an undergraduate nursing student, a Penn Admissions Information Session, and a campus tour. This is your time to discuss how we can tailor your plan of study to your particular needs and interests. We will discuss academic options like dual degrees, minors, study abroad, and submatriculation into a master’s program. Then you are off for a general Penn Admissions information session at College Hall to learn more about Penn and the undergraduate admissions process followed a student-led tour of our beautiful, historic campus. Plan your visit today!
Accelerated and transfer applicants
Transfers and accelerated applicants to our programs are invited to visit campus, we host information sessions and open houses throughout the year. In addition to the on-campus events our applicants may also be invited to interview for the program after the application has been submitted.
Transfer students are welcome to attend a general Penn Admissions info session and take a student-led campus tour.
Accelerated students are invited to join us for on-campus and office campus admissions events.
Graduate program applicants
All master’s, post-master’s, and doctoral program applicants, are encouraged to visit prior to applying. We know that many of you live across the country—and the world—and will not have the opportunity, but for those who can visit, we host information sessions and open houses. You’ll have a chance to meet with a graduate admissions counselor, and, if possible, students and faculty in your area of interest.
