Using Technology in the Women's Health Care Studies Program
We have created the classroom of the 21st Century at UPenn. Our classrooms are equipped with state of the art audio and visual technology and Internet access.
We also utilize the virtual online classroom, BlackboardTM. This enables students to have access to lectures, presentations, files, and streaming video. It provides an opportunity to participate in online discussion boards related to various clinical topics.
The Mathias J. Brunner Instructional Technology Center is well equipped with microscopes, manequins and supplies. This assures that you have the resources to practice advanced skills.
Our simulation labs are equipped with the latest audio visual systems which allow students to view their simulation session in the form of a streaming video while discussing the actual event with faculty.
