Joining the Nursing Undergraduate Honors Program
The Nursing Undergraduate Honors Program (NUHP) is looking for students who have an intellectual thirst for MORE and are unique, highly motivated and inquisitive. These students thrive on challenge, want to take more intellectually stimulating courses, and wish to contribute to knowledge and practice via scholarship and research.
Beginning with the Class of 2015, NUHP Scholars are also members of the Benjamin Franklin Scholars Program, and may also join the Joseph Wharton Scholars Program and/or the University Scholars Program.
NUHP Expectations
Nursing Undergraduate Honors Program Scholars are expected to:
Conduct themselves in accordance with policies related to academic integrity and professional conduct.
Complete all Honors coursework.
Develop and complete an independent Honors Project in consultation with one or more faculty mentors.
Attend all Honors Seminars and events.
Maintain the minimum GPA as specified below:

Eligibility
Freshman and sophomore students are encouraged to inquire about application. Incoming freshmen may receive invitations to apply in the summer before matriculation.

Applications will be accepted during the beginning of the fall semester each year. Qualified applicants will be contacted to complete an entrance interview.
