Mathias J. Brunner Instructional Technology Center
Simulation Technology
The labs were designed to accommodate 18 physical exam bays, with bedside
computing terminals including high-speed Internet connections and access to
multimedia applications, including digitized videos. A section of this room is
also dedicated to a virtual learning area for small group learning and a
large screen projection area.
A "wet lab" has been designed, including assessment and diagnostic equipment. In
addition, a virtual reality Intravenous Training System, by HT Medical Systems,
Inc., is available for new learners and those who wish to refresh already
learned skills.

cardiac related situations, assessing blood pressure, and the auscultation,
recognition, and treatment processes of a variety of heart, breath, bowel and
vocal sounds. It is useful in the education of both individuals and teams of
patient care providers.
- Adult, Pediatric, & Infant MegaCode ACLS Trainer, by MPL – full body
