Notary Services

Notary services are available in the Office of Student Information in Suite M-24.  Nursing related items (e.g., license applications, FBI fingerprint paperwork) are free of charge; other items will be notarized as per the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania notary fee schedule.

The Notary in M-24 (Office of Student Information) is available by appointment via email to osi@nursing.upenn.edu.
