Details:
Discounts: To receive the quoted rates registrations must be received prior to the deadline date.
Confirmations: Registrations received via fax or mail will be confirmed within 48 hours.
Online registrations will be immediately confirmed.
Cancellations: For a full refund written notification mut be received via fax or email by March 15th, 2010.
Cancellations after March 15th will be assessed a $50 fee.
Refunds will not be issued 48 hours prior to the program or once the program has begun.
Disability: If you need special accommodations due to a disability a two week notice would be appreciated.
Program Substitutions: Although rarely necessary, we reserve the right to substitute preseneters if needed.
Proceedings: Audio and/or video taping of speakers/sessions as well as copying speaker handouts is prohibited.
