Desktop Support Service
 

The Desktop Support Service provides faculty and staff with computing, networking and desktop systems support for the School of Nursing. Areas of assistance include the upgrading, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of applications, network connectivity, email, and computer hardware and peripherals. This service also provides limited on-site training and assistance in the use of hardware, software and new technologies, determined on a case-by-case basis.
