OTIS staff will meet with your workgroup to better understand how
individuals and groups inter-relate and how technology currently supports
your efforts. Part of our initial assessment will be to hear from
you regarding what's not working well and where you face obstacles
that technology (or training) could help remove. We will advise on
how your group could work more effectively within the existing technology
infrastructure, and look at what training and support resources are
available to help you. We may also identify needs for larger scale
process or system redesign efforts, and can assist with cost/benefit
analysis and in making recommendations and/or referrals.
