solution implemented by OTIS
As you know, the amount of SPAM has increased exponentially
recently. OTIS cares about your total computing
experience, and we recognize the problems associated with SPAM. Therefore,

The MessageLabs Anti-Spam service is one of the most effective
solutions for combating unsolicited bulk email and
stopping it from reaching our network while ensuring legitimate messages are
delivered accurately. The service
dramatically reduces spam volume, combating and handling unsolicited email away
from your network.
You must logon to the spam manager website in order to see email
that is suspected of being SPAM. You can
delete the quarantined contents, release the items into your mailbox, or take no
action.
***If you take no action, all items in
the quarantined folder will automatically delete
within 7 days from the date of receipt. ***
