Ebers in 1520 BC

- failure, was developed at the University of Pennsylvania in the late
1960's
- The current world-wide epidemic of obesity has its origins in environment,
genetics,
- social, psychological, physical activity, and nutritional factors.
- Developments in nutrition during this century will revamp how future
generations live and die.
