​Penn Nursing's Anne Teitelman, PhD, CRNP, a leader in advancing health for girls and women internationally, has been awarded a grant from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners to develop a cervical cancer intervention. Dr. Teitelman holds the Patricia Bleznak Silverstein and Howard A. Silverstein Endowed Term Chair in Global Women's Health and is assistant professor of nursing. Her research centers on promoting equity and health for marginalized groups, particularly adolescent girls and women.
