Administration Programs

At Penn Nursing, we recognize that students have diverse interests in advanced administrative or practice leadership fields.  Programs are tailored to allow students the opportunity to design a course of study to best suit their career goals.  These programs are unique in that students complete coursework at both the School of Nursing and in other programs throughout the University.

The following graduate degree programs are offered:

Students may apply for an accelerated BSN and MSN in Nursing and Healthcare Administration or Health Leadership

Students need to separately apply to dual degree programs and a plan of study is mutually developed with faculty from each program.

Students may also elect to declare a dual major in the School of Nursing and can combine a clinical master’s with either an administrative or health leadership major.  Students apply once to the School of Nursing but are accepted to both programs.
