This option is designed for individuals who already possess a Masters degree and are interested in extending their knowledge and skill in Nursing & Healthcare Administration.  This certificate program is identical to the minor curriculum (ß link to the minor page for NADM) and meets the education eligibility requirements for the ANCC certification as a Nurse Executive.

Quality Improvement and Safety Processes in Healthcare Minor

This option is designed for individuals who already possess a Masters degree and are currently working or aspire to work in a position as a patient safety officer, clinical nurse specialist or in an administrative role responsible for quality and safety initiatives.  This certificate program is identical to the minor curriculum and provides the post-master’s student the unique opportunity to complete a quality initiative project in their place of employment.
