Health Leadership Program

The Health Leadership program at Penn is unique.  Unlike most nursing graduate programs, this 12.5 C.U. program allows you unparalleled freedom to design the focus of your studies.  You have five elective courses that can be taken in any graduate program in the University of Pennsylvania.  Students frequently take courses in Wharton (business focus), Annenberg (communication focus) and Arts/Sciences (in Organizational Dynamics.)  In addition to other practice areas, this degree prepares nurses who are interested in careers in project management, healthcare consulting, health policy advocacy, nursing education, occupational health, public health and healthcare quality improvement.
