VDI Service Disruption

On Sunday May 7^th, ISC informed us that they were investigating an issue with intermittent access to the School of Nursing’s VDI environment.  ISC further analyzed the issue, which began at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday evening, to identify the root cause.  Once the root cause had been determined and remediated, ISC restored full functionality to the VDI environment by noon on Monday, May 8th.
