Academic Learning & Computing Support
Academic Learning and Support Services, also known as the Service Desk, is the School of Nursing’s primary means for providing all aspects of computing assistance for faculty, staff and students. The Service Desk provides first-tier assistance and support to our constituents and will escalate issues as needed to resolve in a timely fashion. In conjunction with our colleagues in Enterprise Infrastructure Services, the Service Desk strives to ensure that all desktop services are available on a 24 x 7 basis.
