We have the transcripts from the nursing schools of Chestnut Hill, Lankenau and St. Joseph's (of Lancaster, PA) Hospitals. We will send a copy of the student's transcript only at the request of that student, not a third party. To send out a transcript, we require a check of $15.00 (made out to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania ) and will need to know which school, years attended and if the person graduated. We do not have transcripts for the following Schools of Nursing:
Albert Einstein Medical Center
Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania
Presbyterian Hospital (of Philadelphia)
Women's Hospital of Philadelphia
We do not have transcripts for any schools other than the diploma school of nursing (SoN) from the former St. Joseph’s Hospital in Lancaster, PA. In other words we do not have records from the School of Anesthesia or the Paramedic Institute. We do have the records from the SoN.
