Transcripts cost $2.00 and she requires the maiden name and year of graduation. She asked me to add that she sends the transcripts directly to the school or employer requesting that information and not to the nursing school attendee (unless specifically requested, in which case she is glad to comply). An official transcript is one that comes from her office to the outside agency, not from the student to the outside agency.
