Objectives

• To increase the training of researchers from majority and minority institutions who conduct culturally competent research.
   
• To foster the development of nursing partnerships between researchers, faculty and students here at Penn, at Hampton, and across the nation to implement health disparities research.
   
• To disseminate and translate findings back to the community.
