Legacy Walk

Dedicated on June 4, 2010, Legacy Walk on Guardian Plaza, located on the western side of Fagin Hall, is a tangible reminder of those who laid the groundwork for the future of nursing at the University of Pennsylvania and beyond.

Alumni, students, family members and friends of nursing have set their memories in stone, honoring loved ones and nurse leaders with the purchase of a Legacy Walk paver.  Built on the legacy of both Philadelphia General Hospital and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, Legacy Walk is a physical representation of Penn Nursing’s stalwart tradition of excellence in nursing and healthcare.
