in support of

Graduate Student Research
related to
Psychosocial Aspects of Living with Metastatic Cancers

 Purpose and Eligibility
The purpose of the Elizabeth Anne Prostic Memorial Research Grant is to promote graduate student research in the psychosocial aspects of patients and caregivers living with metastatic cancers (regardless of where the cancer first developed in the body). To be eligible, applicants must be matriculated Masters, PhD or post-doctoral students enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania.

 Award Level and Funding Period
The grant provides up to $5,000 to support research conducted between

June 1, 2010 and May 31, 2011.

Application Deadline
Applications must be received no later than January 30, 2010.
