Douglas Sloane, PhD


Dr. Sloane is an Adjunct Full Professor and Research Faculty Member of the Center for Health Outcomes and Policy Research in the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, and an Assistant Director of The Applied Research Methods Division of the U.S. Government Accountability Office. Dr. Sloane's areas of expertise include social policy analysis, evaluation research, research design and statistics. He is been a co-investigator on a number of CHOPR studies for more than 10 years, and is currently working on the Multi-State Nursing Care and Patient Safety Study.
