Will my baby’s and my identity be kept confidential? | ||

♥ All of the data collected in this study will be kept confidential except to the extent required by law. Your child will be assigned an identification number, and your child's information will be filed by this number so that your child's confidentiality will be protected. Only our research staff will have access to this information, unless we receive written permission from you (the parent/legal guardian) to release this information to someone you choose. If data from this study are published, your child's identity will not be revealed. ♥ |
