Margaret H. Crighton

“Neutropenia is a side effect of cancer chemotherapy that has a profound affect on patients’ lives, and yet we know virtually nothing about what being neutropenic is like for patients. I hope to fill in some of these gaps by studying older adults’ experiences of neutropenia.”

Margaret H. Crighton, PhD, RN
Postdoctoral Fellow, 2005 (Univ. of Pittsburgh)
Pre-Doctoral Hartford Scholar, 2003
and T-32 Research Scholar, 2001

FACULTY MENTOR
Dr. Sarah Kagan is an internationally renowned scholar, who was invited to give a plenary address and to co-chair the nurses' meeting at the 9th Hong Kong International Cancer Congress in China this year.
