Eileen Sullivan-Marx, PhD, RN, FAAN presented a keynote address at the 3rd International Nursing Conference on Elderly Health and Nursing in Seoul, Korea. The conference was sponsored by The Korean Academy of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International Lambda Alpha Chapter, and the Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies. Dr. Sullivan-Marx's keynote address was entitled "Quality of Care and Geriatric Nurse Practitioners."

There were over 100 research papers on quality of health care presented by nurse researchers from Korea, Japan, Thailand, Australia, Canada, Singapore, and Slovenija.

Dr. Toni Tripp-Reimer from the University of Iowa Hartford Center of Geriatric Nursing Excellence (third from left), presented another keynote address. The title of her presentation was "State of the Science in Gerontological Nursing Research and Education."
