Giving Opportunities

LIFE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This model of care is centered around the belief that it is better for older adults and their families if their chronic care needs are provided in the community whenever possible. This innovative program provides services to those who would otherwise need nursing home care to help them remain in their own home or the home of loved ones.

The LIFE Program promotes independence and the highest levels of functioning while allowing choice and dignity for our members and their families.

School of Nursing LIFEline Emergency Fund
Your gift provides emergency assistance to low-income members of Living Independently For Elders (LIFE).  Need-based emergency grants are awarded to the most vulnerable program members to help keep them living safely in their homes.  Grants cover needs such as; winter fuel, home repairs, appliances and equipment purchase or servicing. To find out more, visit the LIFE website.

Yes, I'd like to make a gift online now.

I prefer to send my gift or pledge by mail.
