A completed application consists of:
· $80 non-refundable application fee.
· Official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate (if applicable) schools attended.
NOTE: Official transcripts can take up to six weeks to arrive at the School
of Nursing after the initial request. Penn Nursing cannot render a decision
until all official transcripts have been received. Please have all official

· Verification of statistics class
· Official results from the Graduate Record Exam (GRE). To determine your eligibility for the GRE waiver, please visit the GRE Waiver page.
· Three letters of recommendation from the following sources: academic, employer and professional. All letters of recommendation must be submitted through the online recommendation form accessible through the online application.
· Responses to essay questions
· Copy of active RN license (All master’s students are required to have a Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License. Therefore, when you submit an application you will be required to provide a copy of a current Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License.)
