Accelerated Programs Financial Aid
Students in the Accelerated Programs (BSN/MSN or BSN 2nd Degree) are evaluated for financial aid based on their financial need. The Office of Student Financial Services (SFS) determines the eligibility for financial aid for all of Penn’s students. Once SFS determines the need, Penn will award financial aid 100% to meet the need. While students are working toward their BSN portion of their program, they may be eligible for Penn Grant along with all of the other undergraduate students at Penn. Once students have completed their BSN requirement, they will be eligible for School of Nursing funds as "full-time" Master’s students. Information about financial aid for our Graduate students can be found on our Website for Master’s Students. An important consideration on determining your "undergraduate" financial aid eligibility is whether you will be considered "Dependent" or "Independent”. For more information regarding your status please go to the Student Financial Services (SFS) webpage.
