Renee Judice LaFayette, LA class of '08I chose Penn Nursing for many reasons. First of all, because it was such a good program. I love that we get hands-on experience so quickly and start our clinicals at the start of our sophomore year. So many other programs don't get students into the hospital setting until their junior year. The other reason for choosing Penn Nursing are the opportunities available to me. I haven't been here for a month, and I'm already involved in a serious research project. Opportunities like that can't be found anywhere else. Along with opportunity, Penn nursing offers its students so many options. I can go anywhere I want to, I can study aspect of nursing I want. I can steer my education in the direction I want to go in. I can choose classes according to my interests and still have the freedom to take classes to see if I may be interested in something else. There is no end to the possibilities. (click to learn more) |
