I chose Penn Nursing in conjunction with the joint degree program with Wharton because the nursing aspect would give me a wonderful clinical background and would help me understand patients on a more personal level when I am a physician. The Wharton background would give me a wonderful economic perspective to healthcare. Essentially, it would put me one steo ahead of other aspiring physicians and give me a broad education.
